For over two thousand years, the artisans of beer are in constant search for perfection. That’s a good reason, perfection subjective well being, to explain the metamorphosis of this product as required and patterns of society. During the 20s, beer drinking went to the complex and subtle taste a by-product which is wanted refreshing and uplifting. Fortunately, in recent years, the microbrewery is regaining momentum and bièrophiles fans have again become legion.

Participating in this wave, we offer our brewpub 16 different beers in rotation by time, several beers aged in oak barrels and some very difficult imports have on hand. Our new brewery, lovingly called “The Shop”, we bottle more than fifteen varieties throughout the year that will appeal to novice and will satisfy the insider.
